CLEVELAND -- A local man is accused of scalding his girlfriend's toddler on over 40 percent of his body.Officials said Herbert Jamison, 22, was arrested Thursday night at his Cleveland home.The incident, which occurred in Pittsburgh, happened Wednesday when Jamison was watching the boy, according to newsnet5's online news partner, WTAE.According to police, the toddler soiled his pants and Jamison attempted to bathe him.Police also accused Jamison of slapping the child because he had a perforated eardrum.
