ASHTABULA, Ohio -- The death of a toddler has been ruled accidental.Jorden Elliot, 2, died when a fire broke out in the basement of his home.Investigators said gasoline vapors from a gas can being stored in the basement ignited from the heat of a running clothes dryer.Jorden's twin, Jerrod, made it out of the house safely.
