CLEVELAND -- Five years ago today, police found the remains of 11-year-old Shakira Johnson.There is a vigil planned for 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at the spot where police found her body, near an industrial building by railroad tracks at near East 71st Street.Police arrested a man in connection with the crime, but a jury found him not guilty.The case remains open.Shakira's mother, Alisa Randle, remains hopeful that one day she will find justice.
