Browns Sign S Mike Adams

(Sports Network) - The Cleveland Browns signed safety Mike Adams to a two-year contract on Monday.

Adams compiled 67 tackles in 16 games for the San Francisco 49ers last season, including eight starts.

The 25-year-old, signed by San Francisco as an undrafted rookie in 2004, has registered 139 tackles, one sack and five interceptions in his first three seasons in the league.
