About 1,200 showed up to have Nemeh touch them and heal their ailments. Some worshipers said they were on a life-and-death mission.

Lisa Milliron brought her son to the service. She said she knows what a miracle is now thanks to Nemeh.

She described her son's healing.

"You could pull this eye down and see blue, because it was a hem mango, a highly vascular tumor. They couldn't remove it for fear that it would bleed out and he would be blind in that eye. And today, Dr. Nemeh lays his hands there and it's gone. I can't see it. I thank God," Milliron said.

Carole Pozek said that doctors told her she had Multiple Sclerosis in 2001, a devastating diagnosis she never expected.

She can barely walk and has more pain than she says she can bear. She came to see Nemeh and his healing team.

"I've always been a beliver in miracles. I think miracles are around us everyday and I hope that there is one here for me and all the people here," Pozek said.

Nemeh and his team are holding another services for those who showed up but were unable to see the healer.

The service will take place Saturday nights, from 9 p.m. to midnight, at St. Bernadette Church on Clague Road in Westlake.

Only those holding tickets from Sunday's service will be able to attend.

The next service that is open to the public will take place on April 3 at St. Ignatius High School.
