SLIDESHOW: Docks Break Loose
"Everything is piled up on top of one another," DiBenedetto said. "And here, 85 docks are gone, and we don't see 85 boats here, so either they're sunk in the river, or they're out in the lake."There is a safety zone in effect around the Cuyahoga River as crews try to stabilize the debris.Other marinas hit hard were the Emerald Necklace and the Cleveland Yacht Club.
